And the winner of Mr. N’s Raffle Prize Drawing is… 
Dah, dah, dah, dah…
The entry: Molly was so excited to see Mr. N’s picture and wants us to enter in the raffle. Molly’s favorite state to visit is Minnesota to see her Grandpa, and in order to honor some of my former college roommates, I would like to see a recipe for your best “hot dish.” I had never heard that term until I lived in MN. Apparently any casserole is simply a hot dish. And as a dessert, yours best “bars,” another term I was not familiar with until living in MN. What we might call brownies or rice krispy treats, were always just referred to as simply “bars.”
Stay tuned for our Minnesota Hot Dish and Bar recipe the week of May 8th! And thank you so much to everyone that participated. Mr. N was very happy and had a blast! Congrats to Molly! I was out this weekend but my recommendation would have been the Kentucky Hot Brown. We used to live in KY and it’s kind of like the state’s official dish…plus it’s just in time for the derby. But I’m sure you’ll have time to visit Kentucky sometime!
